Rule 180
The bail amount should not be spent for other purposes

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this regulation, the bond amount shall not be spent on other works. If it is found that the amount of the guarantee account has been spent for personal use or if it is not filed in time according to this regulation, the amount including the amount of Vigo and Vigo-like damages will be collected by Damasahi from the authorized officer and the head of the financial administration branch. (2) No deposit shall be taken in such a way that the deposit is made from the guarantee account. In case of arrest, it will be the responsibility of the ordering officer to conduct the investigation.
